Scott has been tremendous in helping me to maintain my physical and mental health. As a physical trainer he has been very encouraging, and through him I have been able to maintain a healthy physical regimen for the past 6 years. He is very knowledgeable about the body and has helped me to overcome different aches and pains which I thought I would have to live with for the rest of my life. His knowledge of functional movement and his ability to look at the body and see exactly how incorrect movement is affecting different areas of my body and how it functions has led to greater mobility. At nearly 60 I am in better shape, and stronger than I was at 40.

Scott is an excellent physical trainer with a well rounded approach to fitness that includes recommendations on diet and lifestyle choices, and an ability to help one set and maintain goals. He is an excellent coach and knows how to get to the root of systemic mental and physical problems in order to achieve and maintain success in what ever goals you set for yourself. I highly recommend him.

Meeting Scott has been quiet

Meeting Scott has been quiet a gift. Early July I lost my job due to a shift in the market, feeling sad, unappreciated, confused and all of those other “words” that describe being lost in my own body and mind for that matter.
My job was super physical in both body and mind, I was always on the go, maybe running from things now that I think about it!
Anyway…:) with Scott’s support We are structuring my goals, both daily and long term.
He is helping me focus on the things that really matter to me, getting me open up and trust that these ideas and goals are achievable while not being judgmental. He is a proactive listener and gives me the time and space to answer the big picture questions.

I am looking forward to more sessions with Scott to help guide me in all aspects of my life,
both personal and professional.
His laid back, honest, loving approach is exactly what we all need to get us moving in the right direction.

I’ve been working out with

I’ve been working out with Scott for over nine years. Before Scott I had gone through four other trainers. During the time before Scott I had two back surgeries and multiple injuries from working out. I noticed within a few weeks that Scott had a different approach to working out. He focused on the entire body as well as mixing in Tae Chi. My training became more personalized to addressing my weaknesses than my strengths. This strategy has kept me from having any major injuries as well as helping me achieve overall body fitness. We are now also discussing ways to reduce stress in my life. Scott takes a genuine interest in you as a person, not just a body to workout.
